My tomatoes ripened just in the nick of time. Last week I helped...well I was there...make salsa at my grandma's house, and today I canned some tomatoes all by myself. If we get sick this winter, we will know why!

I should be canning my tomatoes. This time of year I love to can apples and make applesauce. We can make apple desserts all year that way. Plus it makes me feel like June Cleaver!
Yumm....I love tomatoes!!!! Some day when we have a garden I will grow TONS!!!!!! They look GREAT:)
