Our stake held a fun run and 5k and since none of us are runners we decided to participate. :) John and the kids ran/rode bikes and scooters for the fun run. Coleton beat everyone by a long shot....too bad its because he was on his scooter. Hailey ran the mile and Easton rode his bike with John running behind him. I have been running a bit the last month to prepare and I have loved it. I ran the 5k in 28:44...not quite as fast as I had hoped, but considering it was my first 5k I will go easy on myself. We all had a fun time especially just hanging out with our friends before and after the races. We are looking forward to next year!!!

Great Job! I have been wanting to become a runner and run in a 5k too! I'm working on it. We should run together some time. Remember how much fun we had when we would rollerblade all over by your parent's house? I was in such better shape then... You have a darling family!
